In order for you to receive any reimbursement amount, the participant must complete this form by the date provided in the confermation e-mail. 

Flight reimbursements are for Economy Class tickets.  Any upgraded amounts will not receive reimbursement.

Unless otherwise pre-approved in writing by the Director of Buyer Relations, Molly Matelski, flights must be arranged to allow for full participation of the expo from 10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. October 20 and from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. October 21.

Checks will be mailed to the address on file (so please be sure to list a valid address), sent out between the dates of October 23 and November 1, upon completion of the Vinitaly USA Distinguished Buyer program, including the Meeting Evaluation Form and the Buyer Evaluation Form.  Checks will not be sent prior to completion of these forms.  Failure to complete the program requirements in their entirety may result in no reimbursement being made.  Further details regarding reimbursements may be found in the Distinguished Buyer Agreement.  If you have any questions, please email Buyers@VinitalyUSA.com
